  • The schedules, the team and the tariffs are subject to changes without previous notice according to the Ferreous operation demands.
  • Turistren reserves the right to control the consumption of alcoholic drinks, to designate cars in which it is not possible to consume alcoholic drinks and of going down the TRAIN without right to some claim to the person or persons who lead scandals or cause problems to the crew members or to other passengers.
  • Turistren realizes all the efforts to guarantee the fulfillment of the Itinerary; nevertheless it will not be responsible for prejudices caused by delays or changes of schedules.
  • The passenger is protected by life and accident insurance according to the law.

    • TURISTREN DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSABILITY:

    For accidents happened to passengers because of the consumption of alcohol or prohibited stimulants. It does not also take responsibility for accidents that have origin in the breach of the safety procedure of the TRAIN or in an imprudent behavior.

     

    IT IS REQUESTED:

  • DO NOT STICK THE HEAD OUT TO THE WINDOW.
  • DO NOT TRAVEL IN THE ENTRANCE VESTIBULES TO THE CARS.
  • DO NOT ALLOW THE STEP OF THE CHILDREN BETWEEN THE CARS.
  • DO NOT TRAVEL SUPPORTED FROM THE STAIR STEPS OR RAISED IN THE ROOFS OF THE CARS.

    NOTE: Any damage that is caused in the cars by the passengers, will have to be cancelled for the person in charge of the group.
